Charlie was highly recommended by a close friend of mine who had knee surgery. There was absolutely no disappointment in the care I received at Synergy. Each time I came for therapy, I was always asked 'how are the knees' as I had bilateral knee replacement. This is simply a sign that there is genuine concern for my progress. I made a speedy recovery to very near normal within 7-8 weeks because of the therapy from Charlie. My surgeon was pleasantly surprised upon my first visit at 7 weeks post surgery. Thank you Charlie! I am so thankful for the therapy I received and will share this story to anyone regarding my experience at Synergy. P.S. Am not forgetting Charlie's receptionist - very professional as well. I have used Synergy on several different occasions's over the past 5 years. I required therapy on both knee replacements and one complete shoulder replacement, also lower back alignment. I appreciate his hands on therapeutic style and patience as I recuperated from my surgeries. Charlie has a great bedside manor and is able to work with my busy schedule.

After surgery for a total right knee replacement in February, 2014, Dr. Thomas Samuelson, of the Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic, referred me to the Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness Center for continuing physical therapy. Charlie Williams, PT, provided me with excellent physical therapy for the next two months. Through his directed therapy, I was able to reach and exceed the goals that Dr. Samuelson had set for my complete physical recovery. In February 2015, it was necessary for me to have a total shoulder replacement. Again, Dr. Samuelson recommended that, because of my successful knee therapy, under Charlies therapy, the prior year, he again referred me to the Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness Center. Once again, under the care and excellent physical therapy treatment by Charlie Williams, I was able to reach and exceed the goals set for my complete recovery. In the spring of 2016, Dr. Samuelson again referred me to the Synergy Clinic and to Charlie Williams for physical therapy to relieve nerve trauma in my right arm, which was causing numbness and constant "buzzing", extending from my cervical spine (C5, C6, C7 area) down the entire arm to the thumb, index and middle fingers. This therapy allowed me to postpone cervical spine surgery for six months. All my therapy sessions were provided by Charlie and in a completely private area, which was set apart from the warm-up exercise room and the waiting room. I appreciated this level of personal privacy. Because of the excellent physical therapy by Charlie Williams at the Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, today, I have the high respect and praise for Charlie Williams and Synergy. Without these excellent physical therapy treatments, I would not be walking or have the total use of both arms. Charlie is a very knowledgable and caring therapist. He challenges his patients to, not only reach their goals, but to exceed them at every session! Without his talent and assistance, I would not be a full functioning healthy person. It is my honor and privilege to recommend both Charlie Williams as an excellent physical therapist and the Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness Center to those seeking and needing help with healing assistance opportunites
I would still be suffering quite a bit if it wasn't for Charlie. Stacy is super nice and it's an enjoyable experience all around (minus being injured). He has great music on all the time, very friendly, and won't fail to make you laugh and feel better.
